Both in store and online, credit cards are handled by Square. Square uses bank-level encryption and has an excellent record of supporting merchants and customers. They provide industry-leading protections and services for both online and in-store transactions.

ONLINE
Our online store is not hosted by us, nor do we see any of the data from it. The entire online store is hosted by Square on their servers. When you make a purchase through our website, every aspect of that transaction, from selecting products to checking out is handled by Square.
Once you complete the transaction with Square, they send us a message letting us know what you ordered, who you are, and that you paid. We do not even see your full credit card number.
IN-STORE
In our retail location, we use iPads with Square readers. These readers are designed and supplied by Square and work exclusively with the Square app. We cannot change any security settings in the Square app, nor can we access any information through the reader. Square is our point of sale system, and every sale we make is handled by them. Square has a fantastic track record.

Can I pick up my order at the store?
That is what we prefer! If you place an order through our online store, it will be ready for pickup at our store in about an hour. When your order is ready, you will get a text message letting you know. Our store is located at 854 E Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect, IL 60056

What is your shipping policy?
As a general rule, we do not ship. Orders placed online can be picked up in our store at 854 E Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect, IL 60056. Orders are always ready within an hour of you placing it, and we can bring orders out to your car.
